COURSE DESCRIPTION:

These are frightening times and homeland security has been thrust into the forefront of our minds; private investigators are increasingly being asked to fill this void of uncertainty. Of particular importance is the environment in which we live. Our neighborhoods and schools are not as safe as we once imagined. The Safe Haven Report was developed specifically to address these issues and has been in the marketplace for just over a year. Many sources are available to educate consumers, so many in fact, that most of these resources have been lost in the flood of this information age. The Safe Haven Report puts this information back in the hands of discriminating consumers.

As revolutionary as the Check-A-Mate program was, the Safe Haven Report is also quickly finding a foothold among investigative products being offered to the public. This report is being offered by more than 95 Private Investigation agencies across the country. This report is appropriate for anyone interested in the safety and quality of their community.

This Continuing Education program presents the entire Safe Haven Investigation Series to the Private Investigator, to include the sources, development, and the marketing of this service.

This course is approved for 14 hours of instruction in Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Iowa; 12 hours in Tennessee and Kentucky; 8 hours in Kansas, Louisiana and Georgia; 10 hours in South Carolina. An exam will be administered upon the conclusion of the program. If the candidate passes with a score of 75% or better, a certificate of completion will be issued in accordance with state licensing authority standards.

THE AUTHOR

Scott Harrell, the founder of CompassPoint Investigations, has been protecting corporate assets for over 10 years. He has worked with four Fortune 500 companies and now consults with small to medium sized business owners. Subsequently, he has conducted hundreds of pre-employment interviews and investigations. As an accomplished Loss Prevention Investigator, Scott consistently develops evidentiary quality investigations. His work as an Insurance Fraud Investigator has saved his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent and inflated insurance claims.
