INDUSTRY ETHICS AND LAWS

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
 
This course is designed to introduce and develop an awareness of the importance of ethics in the Private Investigation industry.  The course of instruction will introduce topics covering ethical behavior and decision-making.  Additionally, legal aspects of private investigation and information gathering will be discussed.    
 
This course includes 2 hours of instruction and satisfies the Oregon and Georgia ethics requirement.  This course qualifies for 2 hours of instruction in SC and OK. An exam will be administered upon the conclusion of the program.  If the candidate passes with a score of 75% or better, a certificate of completion will be issued.
